Water and Sewerage
Six water connections have already been obtained from KWSB. These connections will provide sufficient water till completion of water mains by City District Government on the periphery of Gulshan-e-Maymar. Moreover, 18 underground & 4 overhead tanks have also been built, which have storage of capacity of 47,000,000.Gallons of water.
Trunk Sewers of Gulshan-e-Maymar is connected to sewage system of adjacent Scheme 45.
Electricity
K-Electric provides electricity to Gulshan-e-Maymar. Out of the 25 sub-stations planned in the township, 20 sub-stations have already been energized. K-Electric has also erected 930 electric poles on which streetlights have also been provided. Furthermore, installation of 38 more sub-stations and 600 poles is planned.
Apart from K-Electric, Maymar has also erected 216 electric poles and provided streetlights inside the township and on the approach road from Super Highway.
Gas
Gas mains and all distribution lines have been laid. Gas is available in all sectors of Gulshan-e-Maymar.
Telephone
A Modern fully equipped Digital Telephone Exchange is presently working in Gulshan-e-Maymar.
Transportation
Public bus services are operational and public transport is available easily.
Ambulances and a 12-seater coaster has been provided by the company for special use by the residents of the township.
Security
Special arrangements have been made for the security of the area. A total of 200-plus trained ex-servicemen equipped with sophisticated weapons and wireless communication system have been provided for this purpose. Security mobiles vans and motorbikes equipped with wireless communication and armed guards patrol the area day and night.
Facility for construction of Houses
The company provides to its clients all assistance necessary for obtaining approval of their building plans from the relevant authorities. The client may also choose from a number of designs, which have already been approved by these authorities.
Maintenance
Maymar provides maintenance and upkeep of the township and charges a nominal annual maintenance fee for its services. The company has a trained staff inside Gulshan-e-Maymar that is dedicated to address all the needs of the residents7
Documentation
All transfer, sale/purchase, and other relevant paperwork is handled by or managed through the head office of Maymar. The company also acts as the mutation agent for all of its projects, including Gulshan-e-Maymar.
